24-hour access, keypad entry, parking, ability for receiving, indoor & outdoor surveillance cameras.

Pricing & Plans

By the hour

Day

Between 7am - 10pm

$40 / hour*

Night

Between 10pm - 7am

$30 / hour*

Notes:

Includes access to all of the equipment in the kitchen for the duration of your stay. Cleaning supplies are provided.
Please note: We do not supply any small wares such as pots, pans, knives, cutting board, etc - you must bring your own.
 
Minimum 4-hour booking.  No refund on last-minute cancellations.

Membership Plans

Level 1

$550 / month*

Plan includes:

* 20 hours FREE
* discounted additional time at $20/hour
* 2 storage spaces (shelf racks) that can be used as dry storage or put in the fridge, freezer.

Level 2

$935 / month*

Plan includes:

* 40 hours FREE
* discounted additional time at $18/hour
* 3 storage spaces (shelf racks) that can be used as dry storage and/or put in the fridge, freezer.

Notes:

Minimum 3-month commitment and 30-day cancellation notice.
Please note: We do not supply any small wares such as pots, pans, knives, cutting board, etc - you must bring your own.
