Why we started The Cozi
When we were searching for a commercial kitchen for our food business, we realized there was a lack of dedicated spaces for those with gluten allergies. Determined to fill this void, we seized the opportunity and created a safe haven for gluten-free entrepreneurs. The truth is, there just aren't enough gluten-free businesses emerging due to the absence of a safe kitchen to kickstart their endeavours. But now, that's all about to change.
